📋 Description

• Assist with testing and implementing system and application software installations and upgrades • Participate in change management/control • Assist with workstation and server administration • Perform data backups and assist with recoveries • Assist with capacity monitoring, disk space management, and license management • Execute and monitor quality assurance processes • Participate in the on-call rotation • Assist with routine problem resolution and vendor issue resolution • Code, test, debug, document, and maintain routine application support software • Modify purchased applications for specialized needs and configurations • Support installation of clinical device and ancillary device integration solutions • Assemble and document technical requirements to meet business requirements • Assist with designing application support software from detailed specifications • Communicate project status and potential problem areas to project coordinators • Evaluate client requests to determine impact and required effort

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field • Basic knowledge of hardware and software in clinical and/or business settings • Ability to translate user requirements into system specifications • Average organizational and analytical skills • Average problem and issue resolution skills • Average written and oral communication skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and complete assignments thoroughly and timely • No experience required • Generally exposed to a normal office environment • Able to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job
