📋 Description

• Support complex integration teams by shaping integration plans and driving financial and non-financial value creation • Act as a thought-partner to business owners throughout the integration lifecycle • Partner with integration leadership to develop, manage, and maintain complex integration plans • Ensure plan data accuracy, timely updates, deadline adherence, and quality standards • Collaborate with executive leaders to develop and realize value creation opportunities • Capture value metrics and performance data in integration software for performance reporting • Build collaborative relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders • Manage expectations, facilitate communication, and promote transparency and engagement • Monitor integration plan health and identify, track, and resolve risks and issues • Serve as a subject matter expert and internal coach on integration methodologies, tools, processes, and software • Manage high-touch initiatives and special projects • Lead interdepartmental initiatives and champion process and operational improvements • Adhere to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and applicable policies, regulations, and laws

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • Typically requires 5 years of experience in program management, integration management, strategy, operational or management consulting • Demonstrated knowledge in integration methodologies, full cycle project/program management frameworks, and analytical tools • Demonstrated executive presence and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics with political acumen • High emotional intelligence and understanding of cultural nuances impacting integration efforts • Ability to prioritize programs and initiatives based on changing needs, strategic direction, resource capacity, and risk exposure • Ability to manage a high number of high-priority work streams concurrently • Track record of building trusted partnerships and fostering strategic alignment with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to be a strong team player • Ability to identify issues, escalate risks appropriately, assess alternative solutions, and engage leadership in problem-solving and mitigation strategies • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite • No sponsorship or transfer of visa
