📋 Description

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures • Ensure all projects are completed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Manage and oversee the company's quality control program • Monitor and report on quality control metrics • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors • Ensure vendor and subcontractor work meets quality control standards • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Develop and deliver quality control training programs • Identify and implement process improvements in quality control • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the construction industry • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of quality control processes and procedures • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region • A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
