📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of quality for the contract, including data collection and reporting • Ensure quality assurance programs, metrics, reports, and data are gathered, managed, and reported according to contract standards • Define, execute, and maintain the program quality system to meet customer and Leidos quality standards • Ensure compliance with credentialing and training of program personnel • Lead implementation of the Mission Assurance Model to enhance operational efficiency and quality in counselor operations • Provide regular status updates to Mission Assurance and program leadership on process health, deliverables, surveillance results, performance metrics, risks, opportunities, and concerns • Monitor corrective action plans to closure and track or escalate overdue or unresolved audit findings • Conduct sampling checks and assurance activities and lead quality and improvement working groups • Enter and maintain audit findings in the Common Audit Database with timely updates and closures • Review performance metrics and analyze trends to inform program decisions and deliverable quality • Hold Responsible and Accountable designations for Mission Assurance process entries in the program RACI • Support communication among program management, counselors, and Government stakeholders regarding quality, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement • Supervise two direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed in a mental health field • U.S. Citizenship • Master's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience from an accredited graduate program in a relevant mental health field • Minimum five years of supervisory experience • Minimum five years managing operational efficiencies and quality standards for programs of similar complexity and scope • Current, valid, unrestricted independent clinical license in a relevant mental health field, issued by a State, the District of Columbia, or a U.S. territory or possession, and recognized by the Secretary of War as appropriate for non-medical counseling services • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Online • Familiar with the use of AI in business operations or willing to upskill in AI usage • Expert knowledge of MFLC contract deliverables or comparable programs • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; able to collaborate across functions and brief senior leadership • U.S. citizen and fluent in English • Preferred: two years of experience in a mental health field • Preferred: certification in quality assurance, Six Sigma, program management, or a related field • Preferred: two years of experience working with DoD organizations; military experience, including military spouse, military dependent, or Veteran, strongly desired • Familiarity with operations and planning processes • Background in cross-functional team collaboration and briefing different audiences
