📋 Description

• Oversee operational activities at clinical sites and coordinate multi-center or multiple large studies • Collaborate with principal investigators on research plans, results interpretation, and protocol changes with sponsors • Manage planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and timely completion of study tasks • Coordinate hiring, direct support staff, and organize training across clinical sites • Oversee recruitment, data collection, and follow-up activities • Translate planning and design decisions into implementation tasks and set priorities • Evaluate and interpret clinical data • Manage progress reports and quality-control monitoring; participate in data analysis and scientific publications • Develop data collection forms, procedural manuals, and other implementation and evaluation documents • Ensure compliance with study protocols, contracts, state and federal regulations, university requirements, and sponsor technical and auditing requirements • Conduct site visits and coordinate sponsor audits • Represent projects to community agencies and organizations as liaison, spokesperson, and representative • Meet with potential sponsors to promote WFUHS as a study site • Attend national and local meetings related to study planning, operation, and evaluation • Assist industry representatives in planning and implementing future studies • Develop and monitor study budgets, prepare financial progress reports, and track sponsor payments • Perform other related duties

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, Nursing, or Basic Science with two years' relevant administrative and medical experience in research projects or other health-related activities; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • One-year experience in a supervisory capacity • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Knowledge of scientific principles • Experience in both single- and multi-center studies • Must work Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm • 40 hours per week
