📋 Description

• Lead implementation and project management for GE HealthCare’s Patient Care Solutions portfolio, including Monitoring Solutions, Perioperative, and Maternal Infant Care products • Coordinate sales order review, project planning, documentation, resource management, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution • Lead testing and go-live readiness efforts with customers, EMR/EHR vendors, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors • Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity throughout installations • Serve as the primary liaison between GE HealthCare and customers • Execute managed project implementations, including identifying GE and customer responsibilities and contract-defined deliverables • Track and communicate implementation progress • Track equipment delivery, installation, testing, and project deliverables with assigned owners • Maintain accurate project milestone dates • Create visible and predictable data for business metrics and revenue forecasting • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues affecting customer satisfaction and operational targets • Travel to customer sites and provide support during customer go-lives, installations, and key milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical field experience • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management, technical installation, or leading cross-functional teams • Demonstrated project management experience meeting deadlines on schedule or ahead of schedule • Experience with large-scale healthcare system implementation projects involving data and application integrations using healthcare standards such as HL7 and IHE • Experience leading testing and go-live readiness efforts with customers, EMR/EHR vendors, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors • Ability to communicate technical subjects to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and competing priorities • Valid driver’s license • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available • Willingness to travel up to 80% to customer sites • Willingness to work after hours according to client needs • Desired: Master’s degree or Project Management Certificate • Desired: Customer service experience in a clinical environment • Desired: Healthcare industry and GE HealthCare product knowledge • Proficiency in project management software such as Workbench, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools • Desired: Six Sigma certification and/or Lean methodology experience • Familiarity with IT concepts including networking, IP addresses, switches, routers, and virtual servers • Experience with electronic patient records
