📋 Description

• Facilitate, coordinate, and track day-to-day project activities to ensure timely and successful completion within organizational and contractual requirements • Coordinate remotely with customers, order management, manufacturing, and field teams for equipment delivery and installation • Create project plans with milestones and task responsibilities • Create, update, and distribute project documentation, including contact lists, schedules, meeting summaries, and action item lists • Use commercial and department-specific information systems, software applications, tools, and templates to manage project delivery and milestone visibility • Provide leadership and direction to GE HealthCare personnel responsible for projects • Participate in internal and external weekly meetings, provide project status, delegate actions, and execute project requirements • Resolve or escalate issues involving equipment delivery, installation timelines, site readiness, training schedules, and material availability • Identify and participate in process improvements for Healthcare Project Management and Shared Services teams • Communicate project requirements and commitments verbally and in writing with GE HealthCare staff and management • Facilitate installation and integration projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in project management; or Associate’s degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in project management/technical field; or High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a technical field or project management • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to document and execute projects • Experience managing revenue generating projects • Change management experience • Legally authorized to work in the United States • GE HealthCare will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
