📋 Description

• Provide advanced administrative support to operations, administration, and management for commercial real estate projects • Maintain direct accountability for project delivery • Prepare documentation, issue commitments, and produce reports • Manage smaller projects under oversight from an expert Project Manager or leader • Assist the Pre-Construction Manager with pre-construction activities, project administration, vendor management, and coordination • Track and report progress, log deliverables, and identify or escalate readiness and variances • Facilitate vendor and project team communication • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and meetings • Prepare and initiate client funding requests and vendor proposals with Project Manager support • Prepare and submit Scoping ARs • Prepare and enter initial project schedules • Receive AOR proposals and issue initial purchase orders • Collaborate with and assist project team coordination and follow-up • Track and confirm agreements, legal requests, and key dates as the real estate point of contact • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University and/or equivalent related experience • PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to read and understand architectural drawings • Working understanding in MS Project is helpful • Knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices preferred • Ability to perform each duty satisfactorily • Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities
