📋 Description

• Analyze complex financial, business, and operational data • Prepare financial, business, trend, and operational analyses of products, services, projects, and business activities • Partner with business areas to understand and prioritize business needs and processes • Monitor benchmarks and market trends and prepare financial projections • Plan and assist with process improvement initiatives and best-practice implementation • Create comparative matrices using total cost/benefit analysis • Assist with financial proformas and product/service evaluations • Develop and maintain financial reporting tools for business decisions • Prepare reports, graphs, charts, presentations, and supporting documents • Support development of business policies and procedures • Develop, implement, and evaluate process and operational improvement projects • Recommend cost savings and standardization opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field • Typically 5 years of experience in financial analysis, cost benefit analysis, and budgeting • Demonstrated knowledge of department-specific functionality and processes • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access) or similar products • Expertise preparing, importing, and manipulating information in spreadsheets, databases, and presentations • Strong analytical skills for data-based decisions and recommendations • Ability to facilitate process improvement activities • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to function independently with limited supervision • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with providers, leadership, and staff • Preferred: experience with MS tools, including Power BI • Preferred: using Power BI to connect data sources and create visuals • Preferred: experience collaborating with business leaders • Preferred: experience working with outside vendors • Preferred: Epic and/or Workday experience • Minimal travel
