📋 Description

• Load Triple E files and perform manual eligibility updates • Enter and modify eligibility data accurately and promptly in Luminare Health systems according to established procedures and client requirements • Provide quality service to employees/members, clients, providers, and co-workers • Respond to telephone, written, and electronic inquiries • Support the Eligibility Department with varied technical tasks • Perform Eligibility Analyst duties as required by department needs • Work with Client Management staff and co-workers across levels to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent • Minimum three years of Eligibility experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service and production-driven environment • Exceptional data entry skills with high attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively with employees/members, providers, clients, and co-workers at differing levels • Ability to use common-sense understanding to carry out oral, written, or diagrammed instructions • Flexible and open to continued process improvement • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision • Good leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Demonstrated critical thinking skills • Ability to resolve problems in varying situations • Ability to learn new/proprietary systems and adapt to various system platforms • Effective use of MS Excel and Word
