📋 Description

• Complete day-to-day tasks associated with 401(k) plan sales, including plan illustrations, proposals, fee comparisons, and document change requests • Review and accurately document changes directed by clients and internal teams • Develop and apply product and process knowledge to anticipate and meet growth team needs and industry standards • Communicate with partners, clients, and internal and external customers to identify and resolve issues • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for the Growth team via UPS or FedEx • Provide professional, personalized customer service through mail, email, and telephone • Maintain extensive working knowledge of the sales CRM and generate reports for Sales, Marketing, Senior Leadership, and other departments • Schedule, organize, and coordinate presentations, communications, conferences, video conferences, meetings, webinars, trade shows, department activities, celebrations, and other events • Create and maintain Sales Team procedures • Manage and maintain the CRM alongside the Salesforce Administrator • Manage key sales applications, including configuration, operation, and integration of sales software • Lead marketing data and analytics efforts to support sales strategy • Provide backup to the Growth Support Specialist as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Regular attendance and punctuality • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team • Ability to work in a fast-paced, change-driven environment • Adherence to all company policies and procedures • High school diploma or equivalent • 2 years of experience working in a customer service, administrative, or sales role • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Detail-oriented, accountable, analytical, multitasking, and mathematical abilities • Strong professional communication technique and etiquette • Associate degree in a business-related field preferred • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred • Financial industry experience preferred
