📋 Description

• Lead advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and organizational goals • Develop and maintain financial models for cash forecasting, capital planning, treasury management, and scenario analysis • Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Oversee budgeting processes, cost accounting, and productivity standards; recommend process improvements • Lead or coordinate complex financial projects, including business development assessments, program reviews, and reconciliation variances • Research and document technical accounting issues and interpret new accounting standards and regulatory changes • Mentor accounting staff and provide financial systems training • Present complex financial information and recommendations to senior leadership • Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to drive organizational financial strategy • Implement best practices in financial analysis, reporting, and systems utilization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting • Demonstrated leadership or project management experience • Expert level Excel skills • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Strong communication and presentation abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours • Ability to handle confidential information and work under pressure • Healthcare or Medical Group experience preferred • Master's degree or CPA preferred • CPA, CMA, or CFP preferred • No sponsorship or transfer of visa available now or in the future
