📋 Description

• Own and manage the architectural design, creation, installation, and maintenance of the operational data store/warehouse • Work with Support Services data analytics teams and support service leadership to plan system design, application interfaces, and system specifications • Monitor and analyze system performance to maintain customer service level agreements • Create and maintain system development standards and change control methodologies and procedures • Maintain technical currency in areas of responsibility • Evaluate current and alternative technical approaches and recommend solutions based on organizational value • Maintain thorough knowledge of business operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics • Typically requires 7 years of experience in project management, information systems, or leadership • Experience with applications, database management, business intelligence tools, and web app and user interface development • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge • Database maintenance • Metric development • Internal benchmarking • Normalization factors development • Data analytics • Customer relations • No sponsorship or transfer of visa available now or in the future
