📋 Description

• Guide the instructional design of new Spanish and dual-language products • Provide professional developer/practitioner perspective on content and best practices • Collaborate with content developers, authors, and consultants to conceptualize products • Develop program matrices, scope and sequences based on ELA, ELD, and content standards • Attend content development working meetings supporting conceptualization and prototyping • Create new product prototypes and provide feedback on others' prototypes • Participate in district and state submissions by writing or reviewing RFP responses • Participate in product launch meetings, scrums, and weekly RFP meetings • Create product training scripts for Spanish core and supplemental products with the Director, Instructional Design and Training

🎯 Requirements

• Research-based pedagogical knowledge related to Spanish literacy, dual language, and cross-linguistic transfer • Knowledge of ELA, ELD, and content standards • Professional developer/practitioner perspective on instructional content • Experience or capability in instructional design, content development, prototyping, scope and sequences, and product training • Ability to write and review RFP responses accurately and comprehensively • Spanish-focused expertise for core and supplemental educational products
