📋 Description

• Design training courses and materials using eLearning tools • Assist with organizing and conducting training using a webinar tool • Test learning deliverables to ensure performance improvement aligned with business goals • Design courseware, including scripts, storyboards, facilitator guides, participant materials, and course certification • Create and maintain pre-, post-, and behavioral change assessments • Use data to provide statistical evidence that course objectives are achieved • Research technology and media options for effective adult blended learning • Create and maintain training materials applying adult learning principles • Partner with subject matter experts to design content • Produce engaging visual content for colleagues • Participate in design reviews, revisions, and quality assurance checks • Maintain version control and documentation for learning assets • Create and manage development timelines and milestones • Stay informed about instructional design trends, emerging tools, best practices, and AI platforms • Support the organization globally • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Education from an accredited college or equivalent work experience required • Six (6) years of training experience, including e-learning, and course design, or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Advanced knowledge of instructional design-related tools • Claims management experience preferred • Knowledge of adult learning, including performance-needs analysis, training-material design, instruction/facilitation, training evaluation, and coaching • Knowledge of human performance technology and consulting • Knowledge of authoring tools including Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop) • Knowledge of e-learning theories and technologies • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills • PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational skills • Advanced implementation skills • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities and meet internal customer needs • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies • Credit security clearance confirmed via a background credit check is required
