📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of technical and corporate positions throughout the United States • Focus on engineering, software and electronics talent • Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs • Develop targeted recruitment strategies • Provide market intelligence and challenge thinking when required • Deliver an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, talent communities and direct outreach • Build talent pipelines for critical, niche and future hiring requirements • Conduct detailed candidate screens and competency-based interviews • Coordinate interviews, candidate feedback, references, background checks and pre-employment requirements • Provide compensation insights and recruitment recommendations • Maintain accurate candidate records, pipeline activity and reporting within the ATS • Support employer branding, recruitment marketing and talent attraction initiatives • Represent the organization at relevant industry, university and recruiting events

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience • Demonstrated success hiring technical professionals across engineering, software and/or electronics disciplines • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered • Advanced sourcing capabilities, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping and engaging passive candidates • Experience partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders • Strong attention to detail • Commercial judgment • Ability to manage multiple specialist positions and competing priorities • Experience using an ATS or HRIS required • SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across locations and time zones • Some out-of-hours work may be required • Occasional domestic or international travel may be required
