📋 Description

• Analyze, design, code, test, and implement technical solutions • Provide production monitoring and support while meeting scope, schedules, budgets, and quality targets • Enable secure and scalable application onboarding to Secrets Management and PKI platforms in a hybrid-cloud environment • Engineer and support HashiCorp Vault-based solutions • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide application teams integrating secrets, certificates, and authentication mechanisms • Gather requirements and provide technical solutions with IT, product, analytics, and business stakeholders • Monitor production schedules, provide progress updates, and report technical difficulties to leadership • Document technical processes and procedures and participate in technical reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions • Collaborate with architecture on solution design and implementation to align with enterprise standards • Mentor associate and intermediate technical engineers • Perform technical analysis and provide insights for departmental decision-making • Stay current with relevant technologies and industry best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field • At least 5 years of experience analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and implementing technical solutions with production support • At least 5 years of technical problem solving, solution implementation, and team/project collaboration • At least 5 years of knowledge of computer science concepts, operating systems, development languages, and scripting • Experience with HashiCorp Vault preferred • Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable architectures using Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab preferred • Experience with Google, Amazon, and Microsoft public cloud infrastructure preferred • Experience with containerized environments including Cloud Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift preferred • Familiarity with Agile workflows and VMware Cloud Foundation preferred • Fluency in spoken and written English preferred • Security foundations across the full application stack • Scripting concepts and experience in BASH, PowerShell, Ansible, and Python • Ability to read and understand code and automation authored by others • Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift, Terraform, Ansible Automation Platform, and GitLab • Knowledge of Linux, Windows, hypervisors, and networking • Knowledge of authentication and PKI concepts, Active Directory/LDAP, key/certificate management, and tokens • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments and mentor junior technical engineers • No required license or certification • Travel requirement of 0%–25%
