📋 Description

• Own technical implementation across complex enterprise deployments • Design and deliver rollouts involving SSO, SCIM provisioning, calendar integrations, Intune/MDM, public-IP configuration, Zscaler/proxy/VPN exceptions, HRIS syncs, and workplace hardware • Configure Kadence for workplace operating models, roles, workflows, floor plans, phased rollouts, and global deployments • Lead launch planning and go-live orchestration, including dependencies, cutover plans, pilots, communications, and deployment sequencing • Design and deliver customer enablement for administrators, managers, operators, end users, site managers, champions, and ambassadors • Create training assets including one-pagers, videos, admin guides, dashboards, and communications templates • Advise customers on workplace operations, adoption strategy, privacy settings, booking models, and rollout planning • Own post-launch optimization, new-feature enablement, and additional site rollouts • Lead technical narratives through architecture, security, legal, procurement, compliance, and data-residency reviews • Compile customer feedback, file high-priority bug reports, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on improvements • Document technical playbooks, launch templates, integration guides, network requirements, rollout templates, and training decks • Partner with CX leadership to improve onboarding and implementation methodology • Work with CSMs, Support, sales, product, engineering, and the CTO; report to the VP of Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical account management, implementation architecture, or enterprise IT delivery • Experience ideally in SaaS serving mid-market and enterprise customers • Ability to configure SSO in Entra ID or Okta • Ability to explain OIDC and SAML to security teams • Experience troubleshooting SCIM provisioning failures • Experience with calendar integrations, proxy/Zscaler exceptions, MDM/Intune rollouts, and network/IP architecture • Experience owning go-live plans, dependency chains, communications sequences, pilot cohorts, and cutover risk • Ability to design curricula, build training assets, and deliver live training to IT admins, workplace leaders, and end users • Ability to work with enterprise IT and security stakeholders, including CISOs, network architects, and workplace directors • Knowledge of workplace, real estate, or IWMS-adjacent domains, or deep curiosity about them • Ability to manage 8–15 concurrent enterprise deployments • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to create templates, playbooks, and product feature requests from recurring problems • Ability to collaborate with CSMs, sales, product, engineering, and the CTO • Nice-to-have: experience with Envoy, Robin, OfficeSpace, iOFFICE/Eptura, Condeco, Archibus, FM Systems, or SwipedOn • Nice-to-have: familiarity with Archilogic, AutoCAD, or CAD/DWG-sourced floor plans • Nice-to-have: hardware deployment experience with Neat, Poly, Logitech, iPad kiosks, or occupancy sensors • Nice-to-have: SQL, basic Python, or PowerShell skills • Nice-to-have: experience deploying to CMMC, FedRAMP-adjacent, or heavily regulated customers • Nice-to-have: experience building customer training programs, certification tracks, or workplace-champion/ambassador networks
