📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison for medical record retrieval vendors • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities supporting HEDIS and quality program objectives • Coordinate vendor contracts, including new agreements, renewals, amendments, and terminations • Investigate and resolve vendor-related issues and grievances • Monitor corrective action plans and collaborate with stakeholders to improve vendor performance • Coordinate medical record procurement, requests, retrieval status, receipt tracking, and inventory • Reconcile and validate vendor invoices with Accounts Payable and Quality leadership • Communicate with provider offices, facilities, and record custodians to facilitate timely record retrieval • Maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation • Support HEDIS audit preparedness, submission inventories, audit requests, and regulatory activities • Coordinate cross-functional quality initiatives and operational projects • Provide routine status updates to leadership • Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience • 3+ years of experience in a health care/managed care organization required • Experience with health plan quality preferred • Knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare documentation, and basic financial tracking processes • Intermediate or greater use of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Medical Assistant Certification preferred • PMP/PMI certification preferred • Position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
