📋 Description

• Identify new customers and drive continued growth for Neat • Leverage regional networks to uncover new business • Attend events and act as a Neat ambassador • Evaluate territory and vertical opportunities and own the strategic approach for the area • Monitor market trends, competitor landscape, and opportunities • Feed market insights to product and development teams • Provide mentorship and coaching within the team • Define, design, and iterate sales processes for Neat’s hyper-growth stage

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in driving effective sales practice • Experience building and enabling indirect channel partner networks • Experience providing training and co-marketing resources to accelerate small business revenue • Regional experience with small business customers • Experience scaling a fast-growth technology business • Experience designing strategic go-to-market plans • Track record of developing new business and growing new business areas • Knowledge of video conferencing is a plus but not a requirement
