📋 Description

• Support operations of financial systems and technologies, including Workday, UKG, and OnBase • Support system upgrades, ensure data integrity, resolve user issues, and optimize financial system processes through automation and technical solutions • Provide system consultation, guidance, and support to Finance and stakeholder groups • Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for Workday functional areas including Accounting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Treasury, and Financial Reporting • Support configuration changes and recommend process improvements and innovative solutions • Partner with IT resources and third-party consulting firms on cases, testing, business process changes, and production approvals • Coordinate system updates, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall system performance • Communicate case and project status and ensure timely issue resolution • Maintain Workday Finance data integrity and complete data correction, organization move, and position update requests • Serve as Finance Systems Administrator for Workday Finance workstreams • Troubleshoot and independently resolve issues caused by process breakdowns • Support month-end close and maintain the Workday close schedule • Maintain FDM structures including ledger accounts, spend categories, cost centers, locations, companies, and cost center managers • Back up the maintenance, running, and troubleshooting of allocations and EIBs • Create or load EIB files in Workday and perform data validation • Train Finance users on Workday functionality, system security, user access, and system changes • Create General Ledger user job aids • Partner with Finance leaders and stakeholders to develop and enable solutions, implement solutions, and coordinate or lead projects • Comply with Wellstar policies, standards of work, and code of conduct

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or another related field • Minimum 5 years of work experience in technology and/or healthcare • Proficiency with ERP systems and/or Workday Finance Workstreams • Strong project/resource planning skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to research and resolve problems • Sound judgment in assessing situations and problems • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple high-priority issues simultaneously • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability • Ability to function independently within a team environment • Excellent rapport and relationship-building skills • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Intermediate proficiency in SQL • Accounting knowledge and financial systems knowledge
