📋 Description

• Manage existing operations teams for manufacturer programs • Manage client program manager(s) • Participate in strategic and tactical planning sessions • Recommend and help develop long-term strategies • Present strategic and operational plans for new development • Participate in proposal writing, contracting, client presentations, and pricing • Help develop policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions for manufacturer programs • Oversee recruitment, training, and management of program teams • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred • Broad knowledge and training in healthcare, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement • Minimum seven (7) years of experience • At least five years in a progressive management role • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry required • General knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionality, and operational policies and processes • Knowledge of full service call center programs preferred • Strong customer/client management background • Exceptional project management skills • Good analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks along a parallel process • Strong decision-making capabilities • Critical thinking skills and ability to develop creative and innovative solutions • Strong industry and business knowledge • Strategic thinking and long-term planning experience • Effective oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to develop and grow talent • Ability to manage teams through change and lead by example • Proficient computer use and good knowledge of Microsoft Office • Flexible schedule and hours • Some travel may be required • Must regularly attend work reliably and punctually • Ability to sit regularly and occasionally lift or move up to 10 pounds
