📋 Description

• Lead Quality Assurance, IT and internal tooling, and Security functions • Set QA strategy, define quality measures, and integrate quality into the development lifecycle • Increase test automation and improve CI/CD quality gates • Evaluate and adopt AI-assisted testing tools for generation, maintenance, and triage • Coach QA, IT, and Security team members, create career paths, and hire additional expertise • Modernize internal tools and workflows, automate repetitive processes, manage the SaaS portfolio, and consolidate vendors to reduce costs • Establish IT SLAs, self-service resources, and documentation • Own the security roadmap across application, infrastructure, corporate/endpoint security, and vendor risk • Establish security policies, training, vulnerability management, and incident response processes • Serve as escalation point for security incidents and lead response, communication, and blameless postmortems • Set strategy, own outcomes, evaluate test architecture, challenge vendor renewals, and lead incident reviews • Complete a technical assessment during the panel interview

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology roles • 5+ years leading teams • Direct leadership experience in at least two of QA, IT, or Security, with strong working knowledge of the third • Experience transforming manual, ad hoc, or reactive technology operations into automated, structured, and proactive operations • Strong knowledge of test automation, CI/CD integration, quality metrics, agile product development, and AI-assisted testing • Hands-on AWS experience and sufficient infrastructure knowledge for QA, IT, and Security decisions • Strong grounding in IAM/SSO, MDM, SaaS administration, network security tooling, and IT budget management • Familiarity with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium • Technical depth to evaluate architecture and coach the team • Strong judgment regarding build-vs-buy decisions, vendor selection, and resource prioritization • Ability to communicate technical risks, tradeoffs, and decisions to executives and non-technical stakeholders • Must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully complete the E-Verify process
