📋 Description

• Assist SVP Operations in supporting OPCO performance across the assigned region • Participate in operating reviews and project discussions • Identify execution risks and improvement opportunities • Support implementation of operational discipline, including project controls, productivity, and planning • Develop familiarity with key projects, backlog, and operational drivers across OPCOs • Track project execution trends, productivity signals, and schedule adherence • Provide structured updates to SVP Operations • Build relationships with OPCO leadership teams • Support new CEO or operations leader transitions • Assist Strategic Development Leader in onboarding alignment • Coordinate enterprise initiatives involving preconstruction discipline, procurement strategies, project execution enhancements, and technology and AI adoption • Translate enterprise initiatives into practical OPCO actions • Support acquisition integration efforts and assess operational maturity of new businesses • Learn integration frameworks and expectations • Participate in leadership decision-making, operational reviews, and coaching from Operations Leadership • Work in office environments and visit field locations with varying project, manufacturing, and weather conditions • Travel 40-60% by plane and/or car

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or related areas of study or field experience • Minimum of 7-10 years Mechanical Construction experience • Prior experience in one or more: Project Management, Field Operations, Estimating/Preconstruction, Fabrication/Prefabrication • Exposure to multiple project types preferred (commercial, industrial, mission critical) • Broad understanding of Mechanical Contracting business • Proven track record of leading projects while maintaining a commitment to Ethics and Safety • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications • Experience with Accubid, Procore, Bluebeam or other construction software • Familiarity with construction/financial software packages • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in English and collaborate with multiple levels of customers, employees, unions, government agencies, vendors, suppliers, and contractor organizations • Ability to travel by plane and/or car 40-60% of the time
