📋 Description

• Provide strategic oversight of the HR Service Center • Manage and develop the HR Service Center team • Drive operational excellence across core HR functions • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policy, employment law compliance, and employee relations • Lead performance management programs • Oversee onboarding and offboarding administration • Coordinate reductions in force • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant support to employees and managers • Partner closely with HR leadership and internal stakeholders • Implement department strategy and monitor key metrics • Continuously improve HR processes and documentation • Supervise, mentor, and develop direct reports • Train, support, and mentor HR staff • Collaborate with Education & Development on career development programs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred • A minimum of 5 years of management experience in a Human Resources department • SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems • Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, instruction delivery, and training evaluation • Ability to act with tact and diplomacy in sensitive situations • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
