📋 Description

• Monitor employee job performance to ensure necessary tasks are completed according to specifications and deadlines • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports • Assist with coaching staff • Provide day-to-day instructions to team members on job responsibilities • Help associates resolve work-related issues • Assist with hiring and termination processes • Assist with developing program training documents • Ensure open communication with staff • Identify program issues and propose solutions • Maintain positive rapport with internal and external customers • Understand contract obligations • Assist in developing project task plans and standard operating procedures • Analyze reports for trends and provide recommendations • Report all disclosed Adverse Events in alignment with training and Standard Operating Procedures • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a reimbursement HUB, specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, physician’s office or healthcare setting • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Previous 1+ years supervisory experience is required • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to provide a climate for motivation and support • Ability to appropriately delegate tasks • Must be flexible on schedule and hours • Extensive travel is required (60% travel) • Must maintain regular and reliable attendance, including being present, on time, and prepared for work as scheduled
