• 3+ years of experience in a reimbursement HUB, speciality pharmacy, medical insurance, physician’s office or healthcare setting • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Previous 1+ years supervisory experience is required • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to appropriately delegate tasks
