📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and deliver assigned projects • Manage projects to defined scope and contract requirements • Lead and directly manage project delivery from inception to completion • Coordinate with matrixed partners to achieve successful project completion • Brief key stakeholders on assigned initiatives • Maintain communication across teams and management levels • Establish and maintain project documentation and required PMO artifacts • Define, track, and report project milestones using integrated project plans • Manage project scope, timelines, costs, quality, risks, and issues • Publish regular project status reports • Engage stakeholders on key deliverables • Lead weekly project team and periodic stakeholder meetings • Track and manage project budgets for resource hours and internal costs • Collaborate across departments to achieve project goals • Recommend adjustments to improve project delivery and the PMO department • Manage time and priorities to meet deadlines • Maintain regular and reliable attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three years’ experience managing software development and/or IT technology projects, or equivalent • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field • Preferred experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, or healthcare hub services industries • Management consulting experience preferred • PMP or CAPM certification(s) preferred • Ability to earn the trust of sponsors, key stakeholders, and clients • Ability to motivate and mobilize teams • Ability to set direction and approach • Ability to resolve conflict • Ability to navigate a matrixed organization effectively • Ability to deliver tough messages with grace • Ability to identify and remove barriers • Clear and precise written and verbal communication • Experience establishing and delivering multiple projects • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Influencing skills • Stakeholder management experience • Presentation skills • Ability to execute with limited information and ambiguity • Strong core project management skills, including multiple aspects of PMBOK • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and processes, including SDLC and Agile Framework • Preferred knowledge of healthcare and technical project delivery • Ability to work Monday to Friday during the standard workday in the EST time zone • Ability to travel for project-related client meetings and training as needed
