📋 Description

• Coordinate and supervise project management activities including Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Safety, and Project Controls • Manage low to medium complexity build projects across several Ag & Trading North America locations • Coach and work closely with 5–7 site-based Build Project Supervisors • Ensure Cargill Project Management systems and tools are introduced and consistently executed • Provide strategic vision and incorporate best practices into project delivery • Execute projects using the project management framework to achieve objectives • Measure and monitor project progress and key metrics to mitigate risk and improve performance • Apply tools and techniques to proactively control project outcomes • Partner with business stakeholders to enable business value and technical benefits • Coordinate operational aspects of assigned projects • Lead and develop a team, including talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary decisions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of four years of related work experience • Ability to travel up to 30% in North America • Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in United States or Canada • Project management experience • Safety and quality management experience • Project controls and tracking experience • Construction management experience • Two years of supervisory experience
