📋 Description

• Manage and optimize ERP system operations • Ensure accuracy in employee data and HR workflows • Handle escalated tickets, release testing, integration testing, and administration • Facilitate user adoption and improve user satisfaction • Monitor business processes and make enhancements as necessary • Ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive information • Maintain data and system structures • Troubleshoot system-related issues and provide training • Ensure compliance with functional area policies and healthcare standards • Participate in system upgrades and testing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of functional ERP administration or system support experience • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and escalate issues appropriately • Proficiency in data management, reporting, and functional system troubleshooting • No licensure, certification, and/or registration required
