📋 Description

• Conduct outreach to Caris ordering physicians and clinical teams regarding clinical trial opportunities for their patients • Build and maintain relationships with Caris ordering sites to support their clinical trial needs • Review genomic data and clinical information against protocol criteria to assess trial eligibility • Communicate key trial information clearly and effectively with clinicians • Track patient statuses and conduct follow-up outreach as needed • Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation of outreach activities • Coordinate referrals through Caris’ Right-In-Time (RIT) Network or traditional sponsor sites • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support the commercial organization and business partners • Serve as a liaison between Caris Life Sciences and physicians ordering Caris molecular profiling • Leverage proprietary software to review Caris Molecular Intelligence results, prescreen patient eligibility, communicate trial opportunities, and oversee referrals leading to patient enrollment

🎯 Requirements

• Active, Registered Nurse license • Minimum of five years oncology nursing experience • Minimum of five years research experience (oncology clinical trials preferred) • Strong communication skills – the ability to convey complex clinical information clearly and professionally • Bachelor’s degree (BSN) or higher education (preferred) • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) (preferred) • Experience supporting industry-sponsored clinical trials (preferred) • Experience with molecular profiling and precision oncology (preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Excel (preferred) • Experience working with Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and Site Management Organizations (SMOs) (preferred) • Must possess ability to sit, stand, and/or work at a computer for long periods of time • Must successfully complete pre-employment process, including criminal background check, drug screening, applicable credit check, and reference verification
