📋 Description

• Coordinate and participate in daily clinic preparation • Identify patients and perform patient check-in/check-out • Post charges and manage cash • Schedule patient appointments • Register patients and set up accounts • Make and manage phone calls and messages • Accurately and promptly report medical information from patients and referring physicians • Distribute messages according to practice communication standards • Manage incoming patient care requests related to in-basket activities, referrals, work queue activity, and incoming calls • Conduct oneself in a responsible and professional manner

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree • Basic computer skills • General office equipment proficiency • Competency in telephone systems • Proficiency with insurance coverage rules, including eligibility, network coverage, and benefits • Successful completion of mandatory insurance training and ongoing competency refreshers • Competency to initiate and secure prior authorizations as needed • Must meet work authorization requirements verified through E-Verify
