📋 Description

• Maintains effective communications with key customers and field team members to ensure product enhancements/improvements are complete and accurate. • Maintains frequent contact with key customers which requires a high degree of tact and courtesy. • Acts as the expert in product knowledge/subject matter. • Performs highly complex diagnostic procedures. • Prepares reports for senior leadership displaying interpreted test information to resolve design/system related problems and to ensure continuous improvement. • Communicates technical information to technical/non-technical stakeholders including senior leadership. • Ensures that key customers and field teams are kept informed on outstanding issues and recommends system enhancements, upgrades, or repairs.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry in a technical support role. • 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to pass an MVR with a Clean and valid driver’s license
