📋 Description

• Identify where AI can most improve outcomes by embedding with operations, fraud and executive teams • Shadow workflows, analyze data, and map disputes, fraud, collections, claims and onboarding operations • Quantify opportunities in dollars, hours and risk and make recommendations to frontline and executive stakeholders • Design pilots with clear success metrics and prove results using customer data • Configure agents, determine Autopilot versus human workflows, launch deployments and tune performance • Ensure deployments meet compliance, model governance and auditability requirements • Help customers explain AI decisions to examiners and regulators • Expand successful deployments in partnership with Sales • Bring field learnings to Product and Engineering and create repeatable customer playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing deployment, consulting or product role working directly with enterprise customers • Track record of owning measurable outcomes • Comfort in regulated, high-stakes environments where accuracy, compliance and auditability matter • Ability to break ambiguous operational problems into clear, prioritized steps • Strong analytical skills; comfort working in SQL or advanced spreadsheets • Technical fluency reading API documentation, following data models and system architecture, and participating in engineering tradeoff discussions • Executive presence and clear writing and presentation skills • High agency and ability to run several engagements at once • Nice to have: Experience at a forward-deployed company or top-tier consulting firm • Nice to have: Hands-on experience deploying AI or LLM agents in production, including evals, prompts or quality bars • Nice to have: Founder, early employee or operator experience • Nice to have: Light scripting in Python or SQL for analysis and prototyping
