📋 Description

• Develop and implement software systems and applications • Analyze current systems, create, test, implement, and maintain programs • Track work in ticketing system and ensure clarity, conciseness, and accuracy • Write clean and well-commented code using latest technologies • Work on OSS/BSS systems including CRM, Billing, and Integration • Diagnose and resolve issues and liaise with team members • Prepare UAT and SIT test cases and training material • Conduct testing and performance evaluation of Microsoft Copilot • Create cases on Salesforce project • Handle minor tickets and support Camunda processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in software engineering • Proficiency in .Net technologies (C#, ASP.NET) • Familiarity with OSS/BSS systems • Knowledge of AI tools, especially Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT • Experience in software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
