📋 Description
• Supervise a team of Auto/Liability Adjusters • Coordinate adjuster training and development • Ensure adjusters develop to their fullest capabilities and provide a high level of service • Ensure claims handling complies with applicable statutes, regulations, legal requirements, company procedures, and policies • Investigate claims • Take statements • Estimate damages • Determine liability • Deny claims • Handle subrogation and litigation
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of commercial auto liability adjusting experience • 1-5 years of management experience
