📋 Description

• Manage or assist in space management projects • Conduct space planning, drawing, and validation of sets projects • Assist with collecting raw customer data for space planning software • Manipulate, cleanse, combine, analyze, and validate data from multiple data sources • Follow retailer standards and merchandising guidelines • Update, manage, and refine scorecards and reports to measure results • Coordinate with IT and technical teams to ensure efficient use of technology • Engage with the Category Leadership team to plan projects, meet expectations, and ensure successful completion of assortment and space planning projects • Support space and assortment opportunities aligned with Category Leadership’s strategic direction • Utilize multiple Category Leadership technology platforms for daily activities • Train to become an expert user of space planning and assortment software, processes, and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field • Strong technical skills with analytical experience, which may include an internship, focused on food and beverage retailing or merchandising, or sales experience from any industry • Ability to build strong relationships, initiate action, and adjust to change • Ability to apply logic and rules to prepare data for categorization and analysis • Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Average proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word • Strong communication skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization • Ability to travel by plane approximately 10% • Must be able to work in an office environment primarily and periodically in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and lighting • Ability to lift 40 lbs. occasionally • Must be able to stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear • Must have close vision, distant vision, ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision, and color vision
