📋 Description

• Manage cash operations throughout the assigned territory • Replenish ATM cash inventories • Perform ATM and Smart Safe cash pulls • Deliver coin orders and process deposits • Follow cash handling and security procedures • Complete route assignments accurately and efficiently • Clear ATM jams • Replenish receipt paper • Perform machine diagnostics • Reboot equipment • Install software updates • Escalate advanced issues to the skilled technical support team • Build strong customer relationships • Respond to customer needs professionally • Communicate with dispatch and operations teams • Complete service documentation accurately and on time • Perform first-line maintenance on ATMs, Smart Safes, and AirVac equipment independently throughout the assigned territory

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • Valid Driver's License • Clean Driving Record • Ability to lift and move equipment as required • Strong attention to detail • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities • Preferred: Cash handling experience • Preferred: Route-based service experience • Preferred: Mechanical or technical troubleshooting experience • Preferred: Experience working in a customer-facing field environment • Ability to perform required physical duties, including lifting and moving items weighing up to 150 lbs. manually and heavier items with lifting equipment • Ability to meet vision and normal hearing requirements
