📋 Description

• Administer a pharmaceutical hub reimbursement operation program under the direction of Senior Operations leadership/Director • Ensure the team meets contractual obligations • Design programs promoting high motivation among team members • Conduct performance reviews and reward positive behavior • Coach, counsel, and set goals for supervisors to support career progression • Provide day-to-day instructions to team members • Help associates resolve work-related issues • Support new associates’ growth and development • Participate in hiring and termination processes • Develop, design, and conduct Train the Trainer programs • Provide positive and constructive feedback throughout the organization • Participate in client meetings and prepare agendas or take meeting notes • Ensure open communication with program support • Translate and oversee organizational strategies for assigned goals • Identify, receive, and triage client issues and requests • Proactively identify program issues and propose solutions • Maintain positive client rapport • Understand billing processes and contractual obligations • Participate in budget planning • Ensure program quality and compliance with SOPs • Design project task plans and standard operating procedures • Analyze reports and trends and provide recommendations • Analyze progress of tactical issues • Report adverse events in alignment with training and SOPs • Maintain regular and reliable attendance • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Previous 4+ years of experience in a reimbursement hub, specialty pharmacy, physician’s office, medical insurance, healthcare setting, and/or related experience • Previous 2+ years supervisory experience is required • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing • Ability to manage multiple tasks • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to resolve associate issues effectively and efficiently • General knowledge of reimbursement, patient assistance programs, database elements and functionality, operational policies and processes, particularly distribution processes/interfaces • Proven ability to appropriately escalate issues to management • Healthcare research and analysis skills sufficient to support payer research, healthcare policy library and state management • Must be flexible on schedule and hours • Extensive travel is required (60% travel) • CareMetx considers equivalent combinations of experience and education for most jobs
