📋 Description

• Develop rendering solutions and optimizations for Cyberpunk 2, the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077 • Maintain, debug, and enhance graphics systems to improve performance and memory utilization • Collaborate with engineers and content teams on innovative rendering solutions for a large-scale open-world environment • Help art teams bring unique characters and the cyberpunk world to life • Push runtime graphical fidelity using rendering expertise • Optimize runtime performance and memory utilization across CPU and GPU • Collaborate with engineers and artists using Unreal Engine 5 to define visual fidelity

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of industry experience • Experience working on AAA console titles, particularly with Unreal Engine • Fluent in C++ with in-depth graphics programming experience • Professional knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 or an equivalent custom in-house engine • Extensive knowledge of modern rendering techniques and current GPU/CPU architecture • Comprehensive multithreaded programming experience • Experience with one or more low-level graphics APIs, such as DirectX 12, Vulkan, or console APIs • Thorough experience with at least one graphics debugging tool, such as RenderDoc, PIX, or a console-specific tool • Demonstrated ability to profile and optimize performance at a low level • Effective communication skills, responsibility, sense of ownership, and dedication to work • Proactive attitude toward helping the team work faster and more efficiently • Nice to have: shipped at least one Unreal-based project • Nice to have: working knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 rendering technologies such as Nanite, Lumen, and/or Niagara • Nice to have: experience tracking down and solving GPU hangs and crashes • Nice to have: experience with Unreal’s Groom or similar hair-strands systems • Nice to have: experience with real-time hardware-based ray tracing and associated systems • Candidates selected for the position must complete a background check in accordance with applicable laws and regulations • Remote US candidates must reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, or Wisconsin
