📋 Description

• Design and deliver Snowflake architectures deployed on AWS using dbt Generative AI solution patterns • Lead development of AI-enabled solution patterns, including retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, embedding pipelines, prompt orchestration, semantic search, and AI-enabled analytics workflows • Build and validate proofs of concept, prototypes, reusable accelerators, reference architectures, and implementation templates • Lead project teams and direct coworker and client teams in solution design and development • Create business cases, financial justification, and solution-benefit content for customer deliverables and presentations • Oversee technical solutions across multiple projects to ensure synergy and visibility across the solutions delivery team • Identify and escalate project budget issues • Perform quality assurance for qualifying SOW requests and peer-review deliverables for technical accuracy • Maintain client relationships as a trusted Technical Advisor • Facilitate communications between departments and clients • Recommend solutions and support account teams with proposals, quotations, and presentations • Implement, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot S&S solutions • Transfer technical skills and knowledge to clients through work logs • Perform solution QA tasks for project deliverables in alignment with project scope and SOW • Provide implementation and migration planning, coordinate vendor installations, and meet client timetables • Facilitate communication between product team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years’ professional experience with relational data models, databases, data engineering, ingestion, transformation, and analytics delivery OR 11+ years’ professional experience in these areas • Strong experience with Snowflake, dbt, AWS, and SQL • Experience with data transformation, cleansing, preparation, and performance-minded development • Experience developing datasets for ad-hoc analytical needs, reporting, and marketing or business stakeholder insights • Experience working in highly regulated industries and complying with internal governance, data privacy, and data quality requirements • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation • Demonstrated attention to detail and analytical skills to identify potential risks • Ability to balance competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines • Demonstrated experience applying lessons learned to unique problems • History of reskilling on new technologies and understanding differences from past technologies • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to other CDW locations or client sites
