📋 Description

• Design and execute data migration strategies into Salesforce • Extract, transform, cleanse, map, and load data from legacy and external systems • Develop and maintain ETL processes and data migration workflows • Create data mapping specifications and transformation rules • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks • Support migration testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities • Develop and optimize integrations using Salesforce APIs and related technologies • Work with Salesforce Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders to resolve data issues • Support migration of large datasets while maintaining data integrity and system performance • Document migration processes, data mappings, procedures, and results

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce data migration or data engineering • Strong experience with Salesforce data models, APIs, Data Loader, and SOQL • Experience with ETL tools and data transformation processes • Experience with data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality management • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases • Experience with large datasets and complex data migrations • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer, Data Architect, or Integration Architect preferred • Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms preferred • Experience with Informatica, Talend, or similar ETL technologies preferred • Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms preferred • Experience migrating data from legacy applications into Salesforce preferred • Experience with Salesforce DevOps and automated migration processes preferred • Experience working in Agile development environments preferred • Selected applicants may be subject to a government security investigation • U.S. Citizenship is required • Must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, one of the states supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA • No relocation assistance provided
