📋 Description

• Oversee technical delivery on Client engagements to ensure successful delivery and Client satisfaction • Lead reviews of client environments, make recommendations, provide architectural leadership and support complex issue resolution • Articulate problems and solutions to Clients and provide consulting services, subject matter expertise, guidance and technical thought leadership • Maintain client relationships as a technical communication focal point between CDW and Managed Services clients • Identify and communicate impacts of Microsoft changes and contribute to Client Microsoft 365 technology roadmaps • Develop and maintain technical Client presentations, RunBooks, Knowledge Articles, Service Catalogs and other documentation • Lead technical workshops, sessions and review meetings across multiple Clients • Follow standardized ITIL processes and use a centralized ITSM tool to track incidents, service requests, changes, enhancements and other Client work • Support a 24x7 delivery team through an on-call rotation, advising engineering peers on technical issues and requests • Deliver Managed Services offerings according to CDW Service Descriptions and Service Catalog • Complete tasks and scopes of work on schedule and adhere to SLAs • Identify and communicate cross-selling opportunities to Sales • Provide technical sales support, including technical advice, service scoping and proposal development • Collaborate with Client Success, Project Management, R&D and Sales • Mentor technical team members and junior Engineers through knowledge transfer and guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of IT engineering experience, including 5 years of large-scale Microsoft 365 experience, OR 11+ years of IT engineering experience, including 5 years of large-scale Microsoft 365 experience • Multi-tenant Microsoft 365 enterprise-class planning, design, implementation and support experience • Experience with one or more of Exchange Hybrid, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Entra Connect, Entra ID, OneDrive, Intune, Copilot, Defender, Purview and/or security tools • Broad Microsoft 365 skills with expert-level knowledge of several workloads • Experience and knowledge of security, compliance, data protection and security governance • Currently holds high-level certifications in the primary area of technical expertise • Ability to apply technical knowledge to business direction and deliver business-based Client outcomes • Ability to develop plans and schedules for complex initiatives or new solution/product development • Experience with ServiceNow or other standard ITSM tools in a multi-client, SLA-based environment • Ability to establish Client trust and confidence in CDW Managed Services • Ability to balance multiple priorities and adapt to changing Client needs while meeting deadlines • Advanced root cause analysis and solution-driving ability • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to follow policies and procedures, prioritize work and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and as a Global team member • Good time management and ability to meet rigid and urgent assignment schedules • Ability to travel as needed • Ability to develop strong Client relationships and achieve high Client satisfaction
