📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions and translate customer business needs into functional requirements • Guide project teams in applying business-analysis best practices to design solutions • Translate application functionality into solution architecture inputs and business functionality requirements • Document current-state and future-state workflows, business rules, decisions, and analysis results • Own user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional tests within agile best practices • Lead functional testing and quality reviews • Contribute to test-plan development and execution and help create and deliver end-user training • Support Organizational Change Management by explaining future-state solutions and impacts • Build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and subject-matter experts • Analyze complex business problems, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions • Mentor junior team members and promote consistent business-analysis practices • Apply public-health domain knowledge when available to accelerate discovery and solution design • Work with Solution Architects to confirm technical feasibility and reduce implementation effort • Author and peer-review functional, technical, training, marketing, and proposal content • Support all phases of project delivery within agile or scrum frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience designing and developing process workflows and drafting stories, or 7+ years of such experience • Experience with business analysis methods, requirements documentation, and process modeling • Strong working knowledge of requirements gathering software support, data mining tools, business process mapping and visual diagramming, and Microsoft Office applications • Proven ability to elicit functional and business requirements • Demonstrated work experience in process definition including facilitation, process documentation, change control, and process improvement • Experience evaluating information and identifying risks and opportunities, with creative problem-solving skills and understanding of business concepts and models • Ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines • Ability to improve and create processes, including complete re-engineering • Familiarity with cost/benefit and ROI data analysis and core business financial concepts, a plus • CAPM, PMP, Agile SAFe, or Scrum Master certification, a plus • Knowledge of ITIL, a plus • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time • Effective communication by phone and web conference • Willingness to engage with evolving technology and tools and adopt an AI mindset
