📋 Description

• Support client engagements through research, financial analysis, data analysis, and reporting • Prepare financial summaries, comparisons, market research, KPI analysis, and other data-driven deliverables • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and insights • Communicate what financial and operational data means • Take ownership of assigned work and proactively identify next steps, open questions, and improvement opportunities • Prepare clear written materials, including memos, summaries, trackers, and analyses • Build working relationships with internal team members and clients • Use Claude and other AI tools for research, analysis, drafting, and document review while validating outputs and calculations • Support engagement coordination through scheduling, follow-up tracking, and document organization • Learn internal processes and identify ways to improve efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, mathematics, statistics, data analytics, or a related field preferred • Strong quantitative and numerical skills • Ability to work with financial information, calculations, percentages, trends, and large sets of data • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to explain analysis clearly and adapt communication to different audiences • Strong interpersonal skills • High attention to detail and strong follow-through • Comfortable working in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, data manipulation, and analysis • Comfort with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude, with judgment to validate outputs • No prior industry experience required • Coursework or an internship in finance, accounting, or a related field is a bonus • Experience with financial systems like QuickBooks or NetSuite is a bonus
