📋 Description

• Lead complex compliance initiatives and provide strategic oversight of compliance delivery activities • Drive compliance initiatives, regulatory change management activities, and compliance reporting obligations • Interpret, implement, monitor, and operationalize regulatory requirements across CGHB products and services • Provide program leadership, advanced business and data analytics, and regulatory implementation expertise • Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Regulatory, Compliance, Legal, Business Operations, Technology, Data & Analytics, and enterprise organizations • Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business solutions • Identify compliance risks and opportunities • Leverage data-driven insights to support decision-making and regulatory oversight • Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across CGHB, Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth, and enterprise compliance organizations • Organize multiple data sources and create clear requirements, including written Epics and facilitated walkthroughs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of business analysis, program management, compliance, or related experience • Advanced data analysis, reporting, validation, and partnering with Business Intelligence and Data & Analytics teams • Regulatory reporting expertise, including reporting design, data governance, quality controls, validation, and audit-ready reporting practices • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and regulatory implementation efforts • Agile methodology and delivery; experience working across Agile and Waterfall environments • Regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and operational readiness experience • Experience with business and technology initiatives, software delivery lifecycle, and organizational change adoption • Experience with OpenPages, KnowledgeXChange, Jira, or similar governance and delivery tools preferred • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to work independently and develop recommendations • Ability to interpret and analyze large sets of data and evaluate complex regulatory requirements • Home internet connection, if working remotely, through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
