📋 Description

• Provide oversight for data-driven decision-making and effectiveness of quality programs • Develop comprehensive data collections and analysis strategies • Oversee creation of reports and visualizations • Foster stakeholder collaboration and leverage data for strategic planning • Guide teams in delivering actionable insights to drive business outcomes • Collaborate with reporting analysts to develop data-driven insights and accurate reporting for executive-level management, stakeholders, and team members • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement initiatives • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring key deliverables remain within scope • Ensure data accuracy and integrity for reports • Communicate insights to stakeholders, executive leadership, and internal and external contacts • Create protocols to stay current with industry trends and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years work experience supporting business processes in the health or prescription drug insurance industry • 7+ years work experience performing business data analysis, analyzing multiple data sources and formulating results to tell a story • 7+ years of execution and delivery of business solutions using project management best practices, defining business requirements, and user acceptance testing • 7+ years proven ability in clearly documenting and presenting complex business problems and solutions to executive level leadership and stakeholders • 7+ years experience using reporting tools such as SQL, Power BI, advanced Excel skills, etc. • 2+ years supporting Medicare Stars, HEDIS, or other quality or government programs preferred • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred • May consider comparable work experience
