📋 Description

• Provide digital support directly to members through clinical oversight, biometric monitoring, chat engagement, and in-app messaging • Triage, handle, and escalate member digital communication and clinical program alerts within 24 business hours • Conduct proactive and reactive chat engagement • Collaborate with care coordinators, registered dietitians, registered nurses, physicians, and clinical support staff • Report adverse events and document medical records as warranted • Provide remote patient monitoring for devices such as scales, blood glucose meters, blood pressure monitors, and ketone meters • Escalate device-related issues to assigned clinicians according to clinical protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Must be an RN with an active license in good standing • Preferably a compact license • Availability at least 20 hours/week • Availability Monday-Friday between 8 AM and 8 PM, with flexible hours each day • Saturdays optional (9 AM-4 PM) • Strong technology experience using electronic health record documentation and in-app communication, such as chat and biometric alert handling • Demonstrated ability to recognize members' needs and adapt communication techniques to serve a diverse population • Must have a home office for private conversations and high-speed internet • Cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere • Must live in the United States
