📋 Description

• Translate business needs, customer requirements, and technical constraints into clear requirements, priorities, and delivery plans • Coordinate with product, engineering, architecture, and partner teams on requirements, dependencies, and release needs • Organize assigned technical product activities, document decisions, and maintain visibility into open items and risks • Analyze product, process, and system information to evaluate solution options and impacts • Assess system capabilities, cross-functional impacts, feasibility considerations, and delivery trade-offs • Contribute to backlog, release, and prioritization discussions • Translate requirements, defects, and enhancement requests into structured product inputs • Document requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and related product artifacts • Improve requirement methods, templates, and analysis practices to reduce rework and increase delivery reliability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 2+ years of experience in technical business analysis, technical product management, solution design, or a related field required • Solid proficiency in business requirements analysis • Working knowledge of at least one adjacent area, such as agile methodologies or system architecture basics • Experience contributing impact across a single project with multiple teams or multiple projects across multiple teams • Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
