📋 Description

• Act as a transformation catalyst for the Analytics organization, connecting strategy, innovation, people, process, and technology to accelerate business outcomes • Drive the organization's AI and Agentification agenda by identifying, prioritizing, and scaling new ways of working • Serve as a trusted advisor to Analytics leadership on organizational strategy, operating models, communications, and execution priorities • Build collaboration across the analytics organization so teams operate as a unified enterprise capability • Drive adoption of change at scale and establish sustainable operating mechanisms • Guide analytics strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and investment priorities across data platforms, tooling, and products • Coordinate delivery of high-impact initiatives from problem framing through productionization and lifecycle management • Communicate stakeholder alignment on tradeoffs, implications, and decisions across business and technology groups • Build communities of practice, code and pattern libraries, and coaching mechanisms to scale capability across teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 8+ years experience in data analytics or data engineering, including leadership of multi-team initiatives delivering analytics platforms, models, and products, or a related field required • Proven experience leading data and analytics strategy • Extensive experience working within a large enterprise environment • Strong organizational, budgeting, and leadership skills • Ability to influence stakeholders and create workflows using technologies • Prior experience building communities of practice, code and pattern libraries, and coaching mechanisms to scale capability across teams • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed • Program Management experience highly desired • Master’s degree in a related field preferred • PMP, CAP, CDMP, or cloud professional-level certification preferred
